Information collected
The only information collected is what you enter yourself into a form on the site. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property concerned, its type, the number of bedrooms, your selling timeframe, your budget, and the message you write.
No sensitive information is requested. Do not send social insurance numbers, banking information, or identification documents through the site’s forms.
Why it is collected
It is used to respond to your request, prepare an evaluation, arrange an appointment, and follow up on your file. It is not used for any other purpose.
By filling out a form, you consent to being contacted regarding the request you have made. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Transmission and storage
The site’s forms do not save your responses in a database. They are sent by email to Emma Tremblay-Bilodeau, then stored in her professional inbox and, if applicable, in the file created for your transaction.
Brokerage files are kept in accordance with the retention obligations applicable to real estate brokerage in Quebec. Requests that do not lead to a file are deleted when they are no longer necessary.
Disclosure to third parties
Your information is not sold, rented, or exchanged.
It may be disclosed to the RE/MAX Futur agency to the extent necessary for the provision of services, as well as to persons and organizations to whom the law allows or requires disclosure, notably the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec in the exercise of its oversight functions.
Cookies
This site does not use any advertising cookies, audience measurement tools, or tracking pixels. No advertising profile is created based on your visit.
Technical cookies may be placed by WordPress when a person logs into the site’s administration. They do not affect visitors.
External services
The site’s typography is loaded from the Google Fonts service. This loading transmits your browser’s IP address to the provider, which is necessary for displaying the fonts.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn lead to third-party platforms that apply their own privacy policies.
Security

In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious injury, the persons concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information are notified, in accordance with the law.

This policy may be modified to reflect changes to the site or regulations. The update date indicated at the top of the page prevails.
